Shipping & Deliveries
All orders placed on 28th January 2022 onwards will be shipped out from 7th February - 9th February 2022.
1. Limited-time FREE shipping on all orders over RM50 for West Malaysia customers. For order below RM50, the shipping fee is RM6.50 net.
2. For East Malaysia customers, a RM20 net shipping fees will be applied. Orders over RM190 will be eligible for Free Shipping.
The timeline of deliveries is estimated to be as followed:
- West Malaysia : Minimum 4 to 7 business days
- East Malaysia : Minimum 5 to 8 business days
- International : Minimum 10 business days
Orders will be packed and delivered to third party courier services within 2-3 working days. We will drop off your orders from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
Tracking:Once your order is fulfilled & shipped, we will provide shipment tracking number to your email and you will be able to track your order. Please contact us at email@example.com or direct message (dm) us for enquiries.
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will not be able to change your intended shipping address after 3 hours.
If you wish to change the shipping address, kindly let us know within the 3 hours of order placement, as we try to ship your orders as fast as possible for you!
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
However, please rest assured! We are doing our best to serve you the best experience that you deserve. We are following closely with each of our customer orders and ensure your parcel will be delivered within the estimated days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We understand that inconvenience and things happened, so if you aren’t satisfied with your items, we accept an order for return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase!
Following are the few criteria's for your checking:
- Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must not be washed or altered.
- We only exchange your item for different size replacement, color exchange is unfortunately not allowed.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned items. As we are offering purchases shipping fee reduction promotion, unfortunately we will not be covering shipping cost for exchange items.
Please allow us to review your return and process your refund or exchange up to 3 working days from the time we receive it.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase especially if you've purchased via Online Banking method.
COLOURES reserves the rights to withhold any refunds.
Lastly, please ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch:
Just drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 6 hours. As we aim to deliver your favorite tees as swiftly as possible, anything past 6 hours will be too late for cancellation, hope you can understand us!
