Our Production:
a. Circular Knitting machine that converts hundreds of cotton yarn cones into fabrics.
b. Close-up view of the machine knitting needles. The needles are the most significant part of the machinery, it determines the knitting quality of the fabrics. The needles move in high-frequency and they are highly sensitive to the yarns (raw materials) that feed into it.
c. Before the fabrics are being dyed with the desired colour, its natural colour is actually slight greige, a colour tone between grey and beige. This is the cotton natural colour when it is finely knitted into fabrics.
d. Melange Yarns, a type of yarn that are already colour dyed before become fabrics. The luster of the fabrics will be more apparent when melange yarns are used. When inspect closely a fabric that is made of melange yarn, you would be able to spot the different tone of colors on the fabric, making the fabric doesn't appeared dull.
e. A colour-dyed fabric that is ready to be cut and sew by our team.
